James Thomas Codling Aka, Jim, JimBob and JC

Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Friend to many, sadly passed away on 11th November 2024.

Jim leaves behind his beloved wife Karen, his son and daughters, Jamie, Lauren and Annalisa, his sister Lynda and brother Tony and their families. As well as his cherished grandchildren, Niamh, Erin, Joseph, Liam, Emilie, Oliver and Ava and too many wonderful friends to be able to mention.

We have set up this page in order that people can leave messages and share their memories and stories of Jim as a lasting tribute.

Jim will always be remembered for his quick wit, infectious sense of humour, the sense of wonder he had in all things nature, music and the galaxy and of course the devotion he showed to his friends and family.

The flood of messages that have already come in following his passing have touched all of us and are helping in our difficult days and for this we thank you.

If you can add to this page then we can have a space where we can keep them all and look back in years to come.

Jim, Dad, Grandad was and is much loved and will always be remembered.

Funeral service is on Thursday 5th December 2024 at 11am

Family flowers only please, but donations in Jims memory can be made via this website.

We kindly invite attendees to wear clothing in which they feel comfortable. While traditional black attire is welcome, there are no formal restrictions on colour. Feel free to dress in a way that reflects your own sentiment and celebration of Jims memory.
